Our two day course delivers 14 hours of project risk management training in a classroom environment. Through the interaction with an experienced instructor and peers with diverse backgrounds but similar goals, students will have the ability to interpret the course materials and apply best practices to their real world problems. Off Peak Training uses colorful course materials to make learning the 4 risk management domains easy and logical. With a simulated exam on the last day of class, our students always leave class knowing they are ready for the real exam or what steps they need to take to get there.
Students will be guided through The Practice Standard for Risk Management® and parts of the PMBOK® Guide 4th Edition to develop a working knowledge of project risk management. By examining the tools and techniques of risk management and the relationships between risk and other processes, students will become well prepared for the PMI-RMP® certification exam.

PMI-RMP® (Risk Management Professional) Overview
In order to apply for the PMI-RMP® Exam, candidates must submit an application administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. Application requirements include a combination of project scheduling experience and 30 hours of risk related education.
