Our two day course delivers 14 hours of project scheduling training in a classroom environment. Through the interaction with an experienced instructor and peers with diverse backgrounds but similar goals, students will have the ability to interpret the course materials and apply best practices to their real world problems. Off Peak Training uses colorful course materials to make learning the 5 scheduling domains easy and logical. With a simulated exam on the last day of class, our students always leave class knowing they are ready for the real exam or what steps they need to take to get there.

Students will be guided through the Practice Standard for Scheduling® and parts of the PMBOK® Guide 4th Edition to develop a working knowledge of project time management. By examining the tools and techniques of schedule development and the relationships between scheduling and other processes, students will become well prepared for the PMI-SP® certification exam.

When is the course offered?

To help accommodate the busy schedules of today’s professional, Off Peak Training offers courses in a variety of formats. Our 2 day course allows students to get away from the office to focus on education during business hours. Our weekend course is ideal for those who cannot take time off work. Am I ready for the PMI-SP? What do I need?

In order to apply for the PMI-SP® exam, candidates must submit an application administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. Application requirements include a combination of project scheduling experience and 30 hours of project scheduling related education. Our certified PMI-SP® instructors will help you with this process during the in-class application advising session. Still not sure if you ready?
